Having held senior management roles in North America and Asia, along with experience in the Maldives, Shane has led multi-million-dollar renovations, strengthened brand positioning, and achieved industry-leading guest satisfaction results. His approach blends strategic vision with operational precision — helping owners and executive teams elevate performance, refine guest experiences, and future-proof their brands.

Before founding his consulting practice, Shane also served as House Manager to an ultra-high-net-worth family, overseeing the management and development of multiple private estates valued at over $50 million. This experience refined his expertise in discretion, personalization, and the bespoke expectations of high-end clientele — insight that seamlessly translates to the luxury hospitality environment.

Beyond his professional experience, Shane’s extensive global travel and exposure to the world’s finest hotels have given him a rare dual perspective — that of both operator and guest. This well-rounded view allows him to identify with discerning travelers and help brands deliver experiences that feel authentic, intuitive, and emotionally resonant.

Shane holds master’s degrees in Hospitality (Cornell University) and Project Management (University of Reading), combining research-based strategy with practical, results-driven insight.
